The Division of Enrollment Management will support Louisiana Tech University's goals for undergraduate enrollment, retention, and graduation rates by providing superior student (customer) service; remaining current in and implementing best practices in recruiting and retention activities; performing detailed data analysis in area related to recruiting, retention, and graduation rates to assist with goal and strategy development and assessment; and to be a leader in emerging technology and academic, administrative, and student services related to the departments within Enrollment Management.
